Aspen Floors first began as Borge's Floor Fashions in March of 1981 as a family owned and operated business. 

Krista & Devin purchased the company in June 2022 after it had been changed to Aspen Floors.

The name Aspen Floors was born out of a desire to have the new brand and face of the store reflect the heart of the company.  

 

The Aspen tree is symbolic of overcoming fear and having the determination to press into the difficult times.  It also has been known to offer a sign of protection.  All these aspects felt very relatable and applicable to business ownership but also to the concept of creating home, a place of safety, determination and overcoming fears this world can plant along our path.  It is said that when you see this tree, it can be a sign that you will have the courage to face the challenges in life and that overcoming these challenges and troubles in life is possible.

Once understanding all that the Aspen tree stood for, this was the name and brand the store needed to carry forward. Their place of business was not only a place for their guests to come purchase flooring but also a place to become inspired and strengthened in this journey in building their home as a place where all that the Aspen tree symbolizes can become a reality.

Aspen Floors has deep roots in flooring and tile knowledge, installation excellence and customer service!  It will continue to build on the strong foundation laid by the previous owners and grow to be a brand that is continued to be trusted and recognized by many.​
